CLC works with you to ensure that every team member feels comfortable AND challenged. While our activities are physical in nature, they do not require any physical ability. Team members can choose their own level of participation while remaining to be vital members of the team.

Programs are held at our conveniently located Bay Area high ropes courses or a local park in your part of town. We can even bring the activities to YOUR location for on-site events, conferences and program kick-offs.

Challenge Learning Center Staff
Seasoned business trainers facilitate all the corporate ropes courses, so you can expect a high degree of professionalism. The debriefing/processing is directly linked to your business objectives which enable lessons learned to be immediately applied back to your current situation.

Our ACE corporate program director, Jeff Richardson, brings an unmatched passion for teamwork and a commitment to excellence from his 10+ years of project management training and consulting in high tech environments. He has been designing activity-based training programs for universities Stanford, UC Berkeley and UCSC-Extension as well as corporate clients Cisco, Symantec, Apple, and many more. He has a BS in Mechanical Engineering and a MS in Organizational Development & Change Management.

CLC is a non-profit organization and proceeds from corporate events go to support programs for community organizations that could otherwise not afford them.

Team Challenger
A fun, friendly team competition to see who can complete our outdoor team challenges successfully. This is a timed event, but NOT a race because we put the focus on building relationships and maximizing learning, not just on "winning". The objective is to work collaboratively with a small group of colleagues to engage the creative problem solving process that is essential to success in today's challenging business environment. Teams that tend to shine demonstrate shared leadership, effective communication, strategic thinking, efficient planning and contribution from all members.

Customization of the Team Challenger program to address your organization's unique situation and objectives is done in collaboration with our trained staff to maximize the benefits. We adapt the program to be held at a location that is convenient for you whether that's at a retreat resort, local park or your facility. Team Challenger events can accommodate large or small group sizes and the activities are appropriate for all ages and levels of physical ability.

CORPORATE PRICING

Challenge Learning Center charges per person. All proceeds from our corporate programs benefit the leadership programs we run at no cost to middle and high school students. The fees you pay for your team’s development translates into a donation for the leadership development of local youth.
